I would add that if a business serves a local market, it should include posts about events, locations, people and other businesses from that area.  They don&#039;t have to make the blog posts all about them or their products.  

Another tip would be to do short videos if they sell products.  Showing versus telling does a lot more selling.  Okay, lame rhyming, but videos do work and with the right text in the post the search engines will increase the site&#039;s ranking.
